Yevgen Zhylkin

Yevgen Zhylkin is an experienced professional currently serving as an Officer in the Ukrainian Armed Forces since March 2022. Alongside this role, Yevgen has been the CEO and co-owner of CS Ltd since July 1997. Prior experience includes working as a Programmer and Senior Programmer at INEK from January 1994 to August 1997. Yevgen holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, having graduated from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in 1994, and is a certified consultant in Delphi 4, Corba, and MTS, having completed certification courses in early 1999.
