Crystal Schroeder

Crystal Schroeder currently serves as the School Operations Support Coordinator at CS Partners since October 2022. With over a decade of experience as an Independent Business Owner at Mary Kay Inc., Crystal provides personalized beauty services tailored to customer needs. Prior to these roles, Crystal worked at Comerica Bank for nearly 19 years, advancing to the position of Assistant Vice President, and benefitted from mentorship and support, including assistance with college tuition. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University, earned between 2001 and 2010.
