Colette Montgomery

Colette Montgomery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as the Director of Field Training at C&S Wholesale Grocers since 2020, Colette leads the creation and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies that align with business objectives. Previously, Colette held various leadership roles at Dress Barn from 2008 to 2020, including Director of Learning and Incentives, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing training initiatives for over 15,000 associates, and Sr. Manager of Training and Development, which focused on crafting a culture of learning. Colette also served as a District Sales Manager at both maurices and Dress Barn prior to these roles. Colette is an alumna of William Paterson University of New Jersey.
