Katelyn Gatley

Katelyn Gatley is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services at C&S Wholesale Grocers since September 2016. Responsibilities include full life cycle corporate recruiting, management of nationwide pre-employment background checks, and strategic planning for Second Chance Employment initiatives. Previously, Katelyn held the position of Associate Recruiter at C&S Wholesale Grocers and worked as an HR Operations Specialist focused on pre-employment background verification at CREC. Earlier roles include Building Sub at Conifer Park and Activities Coordinator at Troy High School, along with experience as a Building Sub and Athletics Coach. Katelyn holds an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Maria College of Albany and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Russell Sage College.
