Rodney Truitt Sr

Rodney Truitt Sr is a seasoned industrial engineer with extensive experience in optimizing operations and implementing process improvements across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Engineer at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Rodney leads on-site projects and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Previously, Rodney worked at DRiV Incorporated, where responsibilities included implementing a labor management system and managing site projects, notably relocating multiple packaging lines. Additional roles have been held at Itron, Perdue Farms, Maidenform, Icelandic USA, Toys R Us, and Drake Bakeries, showcasing a deep expertise in time studies, labor standards development, and collaboration with operational teams. Rodney holds an MBA in Project Management from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
