Derek Harp is a prominent figure in the field of control system cyber security, serving as Founder and Chairman of the Level Zero OT Cyber Security Conference and the Control System Cyber Security Association International since 2015. Derek also hosts the (CS)²AI Podcast Show, focusing on the experiences of cyber security leaders. As a seasoned speaker, Derek has addressed various industry groups on topics related to cyber security, entrepreneurship, and investment strategies since 2001. Derek founded Sable Lion Ventures, LLC, and The Sable Lion Group, LLC, where important work in startup research and capital fundraising takes place. Co-Founder and Chairman of Maslow Six Entertainment, Inc., Derek oversees innovative gaming patents and played a vital role in NexDefense, Inc. before its acquisition by Dragos. Derek's educational background includes a BA in History from Miami University and training at the US Navy Surface Warfare Officer's School.
