Russell Horton is the founder of GroValue Consultants Limited, established in 2008 to provide services to IT and Telecoms business owners and private equity in buy and build strategies, with a dormant period during nearly eight years as CEO of FluidOne. As CEO of FluidOne since April 2018, Russell led a management buyout to transform the company into a Connected Cloud Solutions provider. In addition to roles as an investor and chairman at various companies, including CSA Cyber and multiple FluidOne offices, Russell brings significant experience in cyber security, managed services, and IT solutions development. Russell holds a BA Honours in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University and completed education at Bedford Modern School.
