Jay-An Arandia

Jay-An Arandia, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Project Manager at CSA Group since August 2021. Previously, Jay-An held the position of Project Manager for the Government of Saskatchewan's Ministry of Social Services, where a Ministry-wide Data Maturity Program was established. With extensive experience at the Alberta Energy Regulator from 2013 to 2020, Jay-An progressed from Project Manager to Manager of the Enterprise Project Management Office, overseeing a $12 million annual portfolio budget and leading cross-functional programs. Early career experiences include managing disaster recovery efforts with the Government of Alberta following the 2013 floods and serving as a Program Officer at UNDP, where multiple international environmental agreements were executed. Academic qualifications include post-graduate certificates in Climate Policy & Practice from the University of Toronto and Environmental Management Systems from Royal Roads University, as well as a Master's degree in Development Management from the University of Turin and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Philippines.
