Juan-Carlos Olivera

Juan-Carlos Olivera is a seasoned Certification Engineer with extensive experience in managing certification projects in the Medical, Laboratory, Test, and Measurement sectors at CSA Group since January 2010. Prior to this role, Juan-Carlos served as a Test Engineer at Ballard Power Systems from 1998 to 2009, where responsibilities included developing, scheduling, and executing test plans for fuel cell stacks, as well as maintaining and operating test stations. Juan-Carlos also held the position of Field Support Engineer, providing customer support for fuel cell systems. Earlier in the career, Juan-Carlos worked as a Power Engineer at Tallapiedra Power Plant, focusing on operational and safety procedures. Educational qualifications include a Master in Technical Sciences, specializing in Nuclear Power Engineering from Moskovskij Energeticeskij Institut (Tehniceskij Universitet) and additional studies at IPECE.
