Dora Fisher

Ms. Dora Fisher was appointed Director of Human Resources in June 2022. Dora has over 20 years of experience in HR and Operations and is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivational solutions to retain the most important corporate asset – their employees. Dora believes in a partnership philosophy style of management, empowering relationships with leaders and employees based on mutual trust, respect, and autonomy.

Dora has spent most of her career in the both the non-profit and technology sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgetown University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
