Jason Lu

Jason Lu has a diverse work experience with a focus on technology and IT leadership roles. Jason is currently serving as the CIO & CTO at CSAT Solutions LP, a global leader in computer repair services. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Strategic Technology Advisor at Firefly Energy Solutions, where they contributed to the development of SAAS software products for energy analytics. Jason also served as an Advisory Board Member at HoustonCIO and as a Houston CIO Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Before that, Jason held the position of Chief Information Officer at Stallion, where they led the digital transformation of the company's technology infrastructure. Jason also worked as the Chief Information Officer at Avangard Innovative, where they utilized big data and IoT devices to create sustainable recycling solutions. Jason has experience in project and portfolio management as well, having held senior director positions at Oracle, Direct Energy, JCPenney, and BMC Software. In these roles, they oversaw consulting projects, implemented methodologies for improving project delivery, and provided governance for IT projects. Jason Lu attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2005. Jason also holds a Security Clearance, with a classification of Secret, which was obtained from the US Federal Government (although the expiration date is not specified).
