Megha Maheshwari

Megha Maheshwari has extensive work experience in various managerial and engineering roles. Megha began their career in 2007 as a Project Specialist at OmniComm Systems, where they worked until 2010. Megha then joined PCS-CTS in 2011 as a Quality Engineer II, and later became a Lead Process Engineer, serving in that role until 2017. In 2018, they joined CSAT Solutions LP as a Process Engineering Manager and was subsequently promoted to Sr. Manager- Engineering & Quality. Megha later served as the Director of Engineering & Quality before becoming the Director of Operations. In 2021, they were appointed as the General Manager and is currently holding the position. By 2023, they are set to assume the role of Vice President of Operations at CSAT Solutions LP.

Megha Maheshwari obtained their Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wayne State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also hold certifications in agile leadership essentials (CAL-E) and agile leadership for organizations (CAL-O), which they obtained in May 2021 from the Scrum Alliance.
