Sarah Eardley-Wilmot

Sarah Eardley-Wilmot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sarah started their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Officer at the Australian Government Department of Human Services, where they gained extensive knowledge of government payments and developed strong customer service skills. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at PwC Australia, specializing in Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) and assisting with business development activities. From 2017 to 2019, Sarah worked as an Accountant at Wesfarmers Corporate office, where they were part of the Statutory Reporting team responsible for financial reporting and providing accounting advice. During this time, they also interned at Pt Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk in Jakarta, assisting the Corporate Secretary team with drafting their annual report. Most recently, in 2019, Sarah joined Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers as a Project Analyst and later became the Risk, Governance & Project Support Lead. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Commercial Analyst at CSBP Fertilisers since 2023. overall, Sarah possesses a strong understanding of financial reporting, project management, risk management, and analysis.

Sarah Eardley-Wilmot completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia, from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they also participated in the Business & Language Studies Abroad program at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Prior to their university studies, they attended Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School, where they studied subjects such as Accounting & Finance, Politics & Law, Economics, Maths, and English.
