Roxanne Ashby

Roxanne Ashby currently serves as Process Group Leader at CSBP, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Roxanne was a Senior Process Technician at Woodside Energy from January 2020 to December 2021 and a Shift Supervisor at Yara International between October 2013 and December 2019. Roxanne's experience includes responsibilities for production safety, operations, optimization, permitting, and staffing. Additionally, Roxanne worked as a Process Technical Trainer, where duties involved reviewing and updating procedures for the Ammonia Production Unit, and held the role of Assistant Production Supervisor at Industrial Plant Services Limited from September 2003 to October 2013. Roxanne's education includes an Advanced Diploma in Process Plant Technology from South Metropolitan TAFE, a Certificate in Fundamentals of Process Safety from ICheme, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from North Metropolitan TAFE, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from North Metropolitan TAFE, and a Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma from San Fernando Technical Institute in Trinidad and Tobago.
