Hanna Leimola

Hanna Leimola serves as the Human Resources Director at CSC - IT Center for Science since January 2023, having previously held the position of Head of HR. With an extensive background in human resources, Hanna's prior experience includes leading the HR unit at the Finnish Meteorological Institute from November 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed HR development and management. Additional roles include serving as Head of Development at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Communications Manager at Novetos Oy, and HRD Specialist in various capacities. Educational qualifications include two M.A. degrees in Adult Education, Social Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Helsinki and the University of Tampere, along with several specialized training certifications in communications and leadership.
