Mats Sjöberg

Mats Sjöberg is a Machine Learning Specialist at CSC - IT Center for Science since January 2019. Previously, Mats served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalto University and the University of Helsinki from August 2014 to December 2018. Mats held various roles at Aalto University from May 2002 to July 2014, including Project Researcher and Lecturer for numerous computer science courses. Mats founded Blulabs Digital Media Solutions, contributing to web development and backend systems from 1999 to 2012, and was an executive committee member for IEEE Finland Section from 2007 to 2011. Mats holds a Doctor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from Aalto University, obtained in 2014, and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, awarded in 2006.
