Muhammad Bilal

Muhammad Bilal is a Senior Planning Engineer at CSCEC Middle East, involved in the Baniyas North Development Phase 3 Project, overseeing baseline and revised plan preparations, database maintenance, and progress reporting. Prior experience includes serving as a Planning Engineer at NIGM LLC, where projects encompassed various construction developments, including Al Rahba Court and multiple ADNOC projects. Previously, Muhammad worked at Tamani General Contracting L.L.C. on the Abu Dhabi Mall renovation and held the position of Visiting Lecturer at Abasyn University. Earlier experience also includes a role at Earnest Pakistan focusing on forensic delay analysis for Islamabad International Airport. Muhammad holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
