Rui Feng

Rui Feng has extensive experience in project management and finance within the construction industry, currently serving as President Assistant and Project Director at 中建中东公司 since July 2012, overseeing key projects such as Silicon Park and Five Hotel & Resort. Rui previously held the position of Director in the Project Finance & Investment Department, focusing on feasibility studies and securing investment deals in the Middle East. Prior roles include Project Manager and Construction Manager at China Construction (SP) Development Co., as well as Planning Engineer at China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Rui holds an MBA in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, a Master's in Management of Projects from The University of Manchester, and a Bachelor's in Civil and Structural Engineering from Tianjin University.
