Ebony McAlmont

Ebony McAlmont has over eight years of professional experience. Ebony began their career in 2013 as a Supervisor & Server at Hollywood Gelato. In 2015, they joined H&M as a Department Manager, then progressed to Flagship Department Manager, Flagship Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, and Recruitment Support. In their most recent role, they conducted full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and handling final placement paperwork. Ebony was also proficient in the use of Taleo, STAR, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, they coordinated and scheduled interviews, compiled metrics, and traveled to Ontario and Manitoba to conduct job fairs and assessment centers. In 2022, they joined CSC Generation as a Recruiter.

Ebony McAlmont obtained their Ontario Student Secondary Dipolma from Danforth Collegiate & Technical Institute between 2009 and 2012. Ebony then went on to obtain an Associate's degree in Finance, General from Centennial College between 2014 and 2016. In December 2014, they obtained a CIFP License from the IFSE Institute.
