Amethyst J. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in technical project management and product operations. Currently serving as an Expert Technical Project Manager in the Enterprise Management Office at CSC since March 2019, Amethyst has previously held roles including Senior Technical Project Manager at CSC and VP Everyday Banking Product Operations Consultant at Citizens Bank. Prior experience includes serving as VP Senior Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Project Manager at NICE Ltd. Amethyst holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a focus on Crime and Justice from West Virginia University.
