David Christel

David Christel serves as the Sr. Director of Technology at CSC, leading global Brand Enforcement services within CSS's Digital Brand Services group, focusing on the removal of digital assets infringing on client brands. Previously, David held the role of Director and Account Executive at Easy Dynamics Corp, where a 30-person Agile-based program was energized to deliver innovative security services for the U.S. At SAIC, David was the Sr. Program Delivery Manager for the IRS ESS Program, implementing a scalable storage solution that reduced client expenses. Prior experience at Unisys included roles as Program Manager and various Director positions, managing large teams and substantial budgets, and overseeing extensive cybersecurity and data center operations. Earlier in the career, management oversight was provided to network operations at Digex and operational experience was gained as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy. David holds an MBA/MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a BS in System Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
