Floris van der Velde

Floris van der Velde currently serves as Director Legal, Funds at Intertrust Group (a CSC company) since February 2024. Prior to this role, Floris held various positions at VISTRA from January 2014 to February 2024, including Associate Director - Head of Business Development, where responsibilities included leading business development initiatives in Indonesia, launching new products, and managing internal and external stakeholders. Floris also managed a mid-sized team as Team Manager Corporate & Private Clients and has experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer specializing in restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Previous experience includes a tenure as Deputy Civil Law Notary in the Corporate M&A section at DLA Piper and serving as a civil law adviser at Leidse Rechtswinkel. Floris obtained a degree in Notarial Law from Leiden University and has a strong educational foundation in corporate, civil, international, and tax law.
