Jeremy Stephens

Jeremy Stephens is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technical training and client support, currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Trainer at CSC Corptax since May 2001. Responsibilities include enhancing user understanding of Corptax products and managing analytics to improve customer satisfaction, utilizing tools such as Oracle NetSuite and Upland Software RightAnswers. Prior roles include managing tax professionals at Brinks Home Security and leading educational initiatives as a math teacher and Aquatics Director. Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in Ethics from Holy Apostles College and Seminary and has obtained multiple degrees and certificates, including a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education from Sam Houston State University.
