Laura Baltes serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CSC, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for Luxembourg and Amsterdam since November 2020. With a strong focus on strategic talent acquisition, Laura builds diverse candidate pipelines and enhances candidate experiences without relying on agencies. Laura has received recognition as a top LinkedIn Recruiter in 2024 and was awarded the CSC Living our Values Award in 2025 for teamwork. Previously, Laura held roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Orbium, a Recruitment and HR Consultant at Student Maker, and an HR and Talent Coordinator at Control Risks, acquiring extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across various regions. Laura holds a Master of Science in Personnel Management and multiple Bachelor degrees in Hotel Management and Event Management from Stenden and Rangsit University.
