Lisa Meisner

Lisa Meisner has extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as a Product Owner for Oracle HCM Cloud at CSC since April 2007. In this role, Lisa defines the vision for the product, prioritizes functionality, manages backlog items, integrates feature requests, and collaborates with stakeholders to align the product roadmap with strategic goals. Prior positions at CSC include Senior HR Technology Engineer and HR Technology Engineer, where Lisa focused on designing and deploying HR HCM solutions, optimizing system capabilities and user experience. Lisa's earlier roles also include talent acquisition specializing in global operations, a Human Resources Assistant managing leave processes, and an Independent Director Client Development Associate at CSC. Prior experience at MBNA involved managing HR compliance and legal documentation. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Gettysburg College.
