Susan McGarry

Susan McGarry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR Director and Regional Human Resources Business Partner for CLS Americas at CSC since December 2023. Prior to this, Susan was the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Best Egg from August 2015 to October 2023, where the focus was on developing human capital strategies and overseeing recruitment efforts that expanded the workforce from 50 to approximately 700 employees. Susan also held roles at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, where responsibilities included serving as Human Resources Manager, and at Citigroup, where varied HR roles were undertaken from 1998 to 2008. Additionally, Susan worked as an Independent Sales Advisor for lia sophia Jewelry in 2012. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
