Sophie Frigon

Ms. Frigon is an HASTUS expert on the daily side of the software. She acquired this expertise during her seven-year career at GIRO Inc.the software vendor, where she worked in the development and implementation team of the “daily” modules. Ms. Frigon worked with many transit agencies in Europe, Australia and North America to standardize and automate their assignment of work utilizing the HASTUS software.

She has in-depth experience relating to the integration of HASTUS with different payroll systems. She also developed a strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements and “FMLA” rules. Finally, her extensive work with "daily" modules has enabled her to accurately break apart work already completed by transit operators to properly account for paid time, including their multitude of possible payroll exceptions.
