Lauren DeLucia has a Master of Education degree and has worked in various roles related to education and special needs. Lauren started their most recent position in January 2019 as a Lead Head Start Teacher at Community Services for Children, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at KidsPeace from October 2015 to September 2018, where they served as a Service Supervisor and supervised Behavior Specialist Consultants. Additionally, they collaborated with program managers and case managers to ensure efficient program operations. From April 2014 to September 2015, Lauren worked as a Special Education Teacher at Achieve Beyond, where they developed individualized education plans and provided ABA programs for children with developmental delays.
