Clayton Cloutier

Clayton Cloutier, PhD, PE, is an Associate at CSD Structural Engineers since June 2016, specializing in the design of steel structures for construction projects, particularly in steel mill facilities, employing ASD and LRFD methodologies and utilizing SAP2000 for structural analysis. Concurrently, Clayton Cloutier holds various academic roles at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from September 2012 to present, including Adjunct Instructor and Postdoctoral Research Associate, overseeing significant research projects for the Portland Cement Association.
