Wes Wakefield

Wes Wakefield is an experienced engineer with a focus on the audio, video, and lighting industry. Currently serving as an Engineer at CSD Group, LLC since June 2022, Wes also owns and operates The Wakefield Group, LLC, providing electronics repair services for the music and professional audio/video/lighting sectors. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Omnicoustics, where responsibilities involved designing and commissioning complex audio, video, and acoustic systems, and an Engineering Associate at WAVE with similar duties. Earlier experience includes Director of Engineering Services at Mankin Media Systems, Technical Director at Christian Fellowship Church, and Electrical Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where Wes designed wiring harnesses for flight simulators. Wes holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and has engaged in various technical roles throughout a career that began during educational pursuits at Texas A&M University and Abilene Christian University.
