Sankalp Acharya has over 15 years of experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Sankalp is currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at DISCO, where they guide the technical vision and roadmap for the company's suite of SaaS products and services in the litigation space. Sankalp is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and leading multiple engineering teams and architecting innovative new product lines.

Prior to joining DISCO, Sankalp worked as the Director of Engineering at Convey Inc, where they developed and executed technology strategies to enable scalable growth for the company. Sankalp also served as the Director of Engineering at RetailMeNot, Inc., where they aligned business and technology strategies and managed complex software and technology initiatives.

Sankalp has a strong background in software engineering and has worked at various companies such as Socialware, SolarWinds/Hyper9, IBM/Lombardi Software, and NXP Semiconductors. Throughout their career, they have consistently delivered high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions, and has been recognized for their ability to propose creative approaches to solve complex issues and drive results.

Sankalp Acharya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
