Joe Tonkovich

Joe Tonkovich has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Joe currently serves as the Senior Director of Claims Process and Analytics at CSE Insurance Group since September 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Engagement and Delivery - Financial Services at Capgemini from September 2019 to April 2020. From 2016 to 2018, Joe worked at Metromile as the Claims Innovation and Product Leader. Additionally, they have a long history with CSAA Insurance Group, where they held various positions including General Manager III / Product Owner of Claims Technology Transformation, Senior Manager of Business Development / Claims Standards and Practices, Manager of Claims Administration, Coverage Question and Litigation Specialist, and Senior Material Damage Supervisor. At CSAA Insurance Group, Joe managed a $95MM claims operations and technology transformation and provided strategic leadership to numerous departments.

Joe Tonkovich attended the University of San Francisco from 1983 to 1987, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
