Jelena Simeunovic is a PhD student specializing in Data Science applied to Energy Systems at CSEM since August 2019. Previous experience includes a two-month program at McKinsey & Company as a Virtual Academy PhD Student, where Jelena engaged in various courses and workshops aimed at graduate students. Prior roles include serving as an Administrator and Consultant for System and Application Software at Global Engineering Technologies and participating as a Student Fundraiser and Organizer for Elektrijada. An internship at IBM complemented Jelena's extensive academic background, which includes a PhD in Graph Signal Processing from EPFL, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, and a Bachelor's degree in Signals and Systems from the same institution. Additionally, Jelena has experience as a Student Mentor, guiding freshmen at the University of Belgrade's School of Electrical Engineering. Early education includes studies in Natural Sciences at Grammar School Vuk Karadzic Loznica and a foundational musical education in guitar at Music School Vuk Karadzic.
