Scott Snyder began their career in 2010 as a Weatherization Program Administrator at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster & Saunders Counties. In 2015, they worked as a Commercial Security Officer at AEPS Corporation and as a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) at Paragon Systems Inc. In 2017, they worked as a CST at Cambridge International Systems, Inc., and in 2019 they began their current role as a Facilities Manager/Construction Inspector at CSEngineering. In this role, they provide engineering support for Facilities Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (FSRM), Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC), and Military Construction (MILCON) Project Planning & Program Development at Scott Air Force base in Illinois. Scott uses various software, including PACES, RS Means, NextGen IT-TRIRIGA, e4Clicks, MS Teams, Office 365, and AutoCAD. In 2018-2019, they deployed to Afghanistan with NMCB 25, where they managed 35 construction and facility projects at 11 JTF locations.
Scott Snyder obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1997. Scott also obtained an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Southeast Community College. Additionally, they have a certification in OSHA 30-HR in Construction Safety and Health from the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
