Richard Harmon

Richard Harmon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at CSG Partners, LLC since September 2011, Richard specializes in ESOPs, mergers, acquisitions, and capital advisory services, successfully closing over $2 billion in ESOP transactions in the past five years. Prior to this role, Richard founded and led BackOffice Support Services, Inc. as CEO from 1998 to 2014, offering part-time CFO and financial consultancy services. Earlier in their career, Richard founded TeamAlliance Technology Partners, LP, providing IT consulting for Fortune 500 clients, and served in various financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer at CDC & Affiliates and Financial Systems Consultant at Richard Harmon, CPA. Richard began their career at PwC as a Senior Accountant, contributing to auditing and consulting engagements. Richard holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Southern California.
