CIO at CSG

Doran Stienike is the current CIO at CSG. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director & CISO at ConAgra Foods from January 2001 to December 2015. In this role, they advised the CIO, CTO, heads of internal audit, legal, HR and manufacturing on information security risks, and in partnership with our leadership team, made business recommendations balancing risk versus opportunity.

Their organization consisted of 70 people and 30 million dollars of annual spend. Doran ran an information security practice focused on the areas of intrusion detection, security incident response and investigation, vulnerability management, security consulting, security architecture, identity management, risk assessment, policy and compliance, and audit support. In addition to information security they were responsible for telecommunications and end user computing services. This allowed him to have the people, budget and authority to drive sound security architecture into the network and client computing platforms. Doran regularly lead projects focused on the merger & acquisition or divestiture efforts. The largest effort they took a lead role in was the acquisition of a $4.5B company, including the consolidation of 40 locations into our network and active directory, and the consolidation of seven data centers into two, which saved the company $10M annually.

Doran Stienike received a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Notre Dame and also attended Creighton University.
