Emily Lidard

Emily (Visone) Lidard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in M&A, corporate strategy, and immigration services. Since March 2019, Emily has held the position of Director of M&A and Corporate Strategy Programs at CSG, previously progressing through roles such as Sr. Manager and Manager in M&A Integration and Global Mobility & Immigration. Prior to CSG, Emily worked at Ogletree Deakins, starting as a Paralegal and advancing to Client Resources Manager. Earlier career roles include Practice Support Coordinator at Steptoe & Johnson LLP, and various paralegal positions at Gibney, Anthony and Flaherty, LLP and the Law Office of Randy Feldman. Emily also contributed to the Office of Mayor Joseph C. O'Brien as a researcher. Emily holds a BA in Government and International Relations and a Master of Public Administration from Clark University.
