Mr. Sica has served as a director of the Company since its formation in 1994. He has been a Partner of Tailwind Capital (a private equity firm) since 2006. He currently serves as a director on the boards of JetBlue Airways, Kohl’s Corporation, and Safe Bulkers, Inc. Mr. Sica holds an M.B.A. degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. degree from Wesleyan University.
