Jim Daley has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on broadband, cable, and satellite operations. Jim currently serves as the head of Americas Broadband, Cable & Satellite at CSG.
Previously, Jim served as the Vice President of Billing Operations at Charter Communications from June 2014 to December 2014. Prior to that, they were with CSG for 15 years in various roles, including Vice President of Professional Services Group and Vice President of Broadband, Cable, and Satellite.
Jim started their career in 1995 as a Program Manager at ITI Marketing Services, where they were responsible for project management and technical analysis for inbound call center solutions. Jim also managed all aspects of ITI’s relationship with its largest clients and collected business requirements, created functional requirements and logical designs for solutions.
Jim Daley has a BA/BJ in Broadcast Journalism and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jim Daley reports to Brian Shepherd, President & CEO. They are on a team with Ken Kennedy - COO & President, Revenue Management & Digital Monetization, Alfred Binford - President, Customer Engagement, and Chad Dunavant - Chief Product & Strategy Officer.
