Julian Andrés Hermida Malagon

Julian Andrés Hermida Malagon is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and product analysis. Currently serving as a Billing System Analyst I and previously as a Product Support Analyst II at CSG since October 2019, Julian has supervised product training for both employees and customers while demonstrating product value.
