Karthik Krishnamoorthy

Karthik Krishnamoorthy is an experienced Technical Support Analyst with a background in telecommunications and IT support. Currently employed at CSG since February 2019, Karthik has progressed from Technical Support Analyst I to Technical Support Analyst II, focusing on L2 application and product support, resolving technical incidents within SLA, and configuring carriers and agreements. Prior to CSG, Karthik worked at Sify Technologies Limited from December 2014 to January 2019 as an Engineer in Voice Operations, monitoring system alarms, provisioning signalling IPs, and managing telecom routes. Karthik began professional training as a NOC Engineer, gaining hands-on experience with server handling and telecom routing. Karthik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Trichy Engineering College, obtained in 2013.
