Previous roles at CSG include Senior Manager of HR Technology, where Katie led the HR Technology team in managing the Workday system and executing HRIS project plans, and Senior Talent Programs Specialist, focusing on enhancing talent acquisition practices. Before CSG, Katie held various recruiting positions at TEKsystems, gaining extensive experience in technical recruitment and operational leadership. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
