Fernando Castillo

Fernando Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR technology and application management. Currently serving as Director of HR Technology at Equinix since May 2023, Fernando previously held leadership roles at Meta and Facebook, overseeing HR application and platform engineering and product management. Fernando's career spans several firms, including Mercer, Appirio, Deloitte, and Accenture, where significant contributions were made in managing Workday implementations, client integration projects, and enhancing billing operations. As a managing consultant at Mercer, Fernando established a successful team of HR tech consultants, many of whom advanced in the industry. An alumnus of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Fernando is currently furthering education in Computer Science at Oregon State University.
