Wendy Edwards has over three decades of experience in various consulting and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at CSG since June 2013, Wendy has also held positions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant II within the same company. Prior to CSG, Wendy worked at American Support from February 2009 to June 2013, progressing from Project Manager to Client Services Manager and Billing Analyst. Wendy's earlier career includes significant roles at Charter Communications as IS Manager from 1991 to 2004 and as Customer Service Manager at Prime Cable from 1984 to 1991.
