Gabe Field has extensive work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment, particularly in the engineered products and technology sector. Gabe has worked as a Specialist Global Headhunter at CSG Talent since 2023, where they focus on placing mid-senior level talent in the commercial and operational positions. Prior to that, they worked at Hortor Limited as a Divisional Manager in the Energy & Industrial division from 2021 to 2023. Gabe also held the role of Strategic Development Manager at Hortor Limited from 2021 to 2021.
