Jamie Thatcher

Graduating from Durham University, Jamie started his career in the recruitment industry as a Business Manager. After 5 years in this role he was involved in his first start-up and, over the following five years, was part of a team that created and built an award-winning international recruitment brand.

Building up extensive experience he moved to Core Consulting, one of the six recruitment companies which formed CSG, as Managing Director in 2007. From there he created two further brands; Core Contracting and Blue Marble.

When the six recruitment companies merged to form CSG, he became the Group Managing Director.
