Jessica Rubner Smith

Jessica Rubner Smith is an experienced professional in nonprofit program management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions since April 2017. Jessica previously held the position of Director of the True North Project at Volunteers of America of Illinois from August 2012 to March 2017. Other roles include Program Manager for Family and Community Services at The Children's Place Association and Manager of Admissions at The Cara Program.
