Yi-Chang Liao is a skilled architect and project manager with diverse experience in the architectural field. Currently serving as Project Architect II at CSHQA since August 2022, Yi-Chang Liao previously worked at Hummel Architects PLLC from September 2015 to August 2022, where duties included managing projects and client communication as a Project Manager and Job Captain for notable projects such as the St Luke's DCIP Central Utility Plant. Earlier experience includes roles as an Architect In Training, contributing to various projects, including Boise Fire Station No. 9, and an internship at Fentress Architects. Yi-Chang Liao holds a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
