Kelly Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly began their career as an Acting Marketing & Events Manager at Devon House Development Limited in 2018. Kelly then moved on to become a Marketing & Events Assistant at Devon House Development Company Ltd, where they played a crucial role in creating operational and strategic plans, executing events, and launching new initiatives. In 2019, Kelly joined Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited as a Financial Advisor before transitioning to Marathon Insurance Brokers Ltd. as an Assistant Accountant in 2021. Kelly then joined Massy United Insurance as a Finance Assistant, taking on responsibilities such as assisting the CFO in reviewing processes and researching assigned areas. Kelly is currently employed at CSHRPTeam as a Finance Officer and is set to become the Chief Operations Officer in 2023.

Kelly Griffith's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of the West Indies, Mona, which they pursued from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies and Accounting from the same institution in 2017. Kelly attended St. Andrew High School for Girls from 2007 to 2014. Kelly also holds additional certifications in areas such as Company Valuation and Financial Modelling, Microsoft Power BI, Forensic Accounting - Fraud Investigation, Bloomberg Market Concepts, and the Jamaica Securities Course.
