Tiersa Hall, SPHR®, MHRM, CHT, is a seasoned HR professional and the CEO & Founder of IMPACTFUL IMPRINTS, a consulting firm established in February 2023 that focuses on resolving people-centric challenges and enhancing organizational culture. In addition to leading IMPACTFUL IMPRINTS, Tiersa actively contributes as a Member Leader on Healthy Work Cultures for the Forbes Human Resources Council and serves as Lead Culture Consultant at Culture to Fit. Tiersa has held various roles within the human resources sector, including Director of Human Resources for The Hartling Group and Country Coordinator for the Caribbean Society of Human Resource Professionals in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Tiersa's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Political Science from the University of Miami.
